Buyer Inspiration Campaign
The goal was to captivate and inspire eBay's clientele through an editorial showcase of its singular offerings, emphasizing their commitment to authenticity and trust. I lead a team of three designers and we crafted a campaign that ultimately led to 92 emails and 10 landing pages, reaching over a billion viewers across the US, UK, and Germany. This initiative marked a pivotal evolution in eBay's narrative, prioritizing customer experiences through a lens of innovative design and storytelling.

Nineties Nostalgia
Capture the feeling of the 90s through a nostalgic throwback—making eBay the place relive everyone’s favorite decade. Sent to 61M subscribers across the US and UK markets, it had 30% Unique Open Rate.

Father's Day Treasure Hunt
The things we collect aren’t just things. They are part of us. Through a son’s story to reunite his father with his long-lost watch, we aimed to inspire others to seek out what they love.

New User Welcome Series
By engaging users from their initial interaction, we personalized data to tailor experiences, recommendations, and communications that resonated deeply with individual needs and interests. I led the design direction of the global Welcome Marketing campaign that consisted of 25 emails and 4 landing pages for the US, UK, DE and AU markets.
